This download contains files for an improved version of Ryobi’s dust catcher on their miter saw’s. It was specifically engineered around the chassis of a TSS102L - 10” Sliding Miter Saw. If your saw uses the same castings, this should work for you. If not, I’m happy to offer a refund. Measurements can be provided upon request.

Files provided are in 3MF format, but STL or STEP can be provided upon request. When printing parts with large overhangs, like the hemispherical dust catcher, I recommend using manual/painted supports to prevent the wall from flexing. An example of how I set up my 3D printed supports is shown in the product image thumbnails.

The removable chip-catcher was designed for 6x3mm magnets to be embedded within. You can use any magnets that fit this size, but the exact ones I’ve tested are these: https://amzn.to/4sPnWIc
